At Glow Find Lab, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
